POSITION SUMMARY
The
Services Manager will provide case management
services, support services, and independent living
skills training to current and emancipated foster
youth from age 16 up to age 24. The Services Manager
will provide supportive counseling; linkage to
resources; housing, employment and independent
living training; crisis intervention and management;
among other services, to participants.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required; degree in social work or
a related field preferred; Master’s in Social Work (MSW)
highly desirable.
Experience:
Two
(2) years of experience working with children or
youth who are at-risk, in foster care or who have
been neglected or abused.
Additional Requirements:
Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Must be proficient in managing a case tracking
system. Must be available to work evenings,
weekends, and on-call (24 hrs). Must have driver’s
license and reliable transportation. Must be able to
travel within assigned region on a daily basis.
